Tianhai Group Holds Grand 2025 Spring Festival Flag-Raising Ceremony

On the morning of February 5, 2025, Tianhai Group solemnly held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the Lunar Year of the Yi巳 Snake. Attendees included Dong Ligang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tianhai Group; Guo Desui, President and Dean of the Research Institute; other senior leadership, heads of various functional centers, subsidiaries, and business divisions; and over 300 employees.
Spring Rejuvenates the Earth, Inspiring Renewal
Amidst the national anthem, the bright Five-Star Red Flag was slowly hoisted, symbolizing Tianhai’s gratitude for overcoming challenges and striving for excellence over the past year, as well as its boundless aspirations to scale new heights and achieve greater success in the coming year. Following the flag-raising, all attendees sang The Tianhai Anthem in unison, expressing their shared wish for the enduring prosperity of the company.

After the ceremony, Dong Ligang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tianhai Group, delivered a New Year speech. On behalf of the Group’s Party Committee, Board of Directors, and executive team, he extended heartfelt New Year blessings to all employees and their families and expressed sincere gratitude to the dedicated Tianhai workforce for their relentless efforts.

Dong Ligang highlighted that 2024 marked the beginning of Tianhai’s pursuit of its “second billion-yuan milestone” and a transformative year driven by systematic planning and forward-thinking amidst industry transitions. The company achieved a 12.4% year-on-year revenue growth, surpassing the automotive industry’s average by 8 percentage points. Notably, new energy business contributions exceeded 60%, underscoring the strength of the THB brand and the Tianhai team’s execution capabilities.
2025 Strategic Priorities: "Five Focuses"
For the pivotal year ahead, Dong Ligang emphasized seizing new opportunities and advancing strategic initiatives through “Five Focuses”:
1.Strategic Orientation: Scientifically prepare for the 15th Five-Year Plan and propel high-quality development in a new historical phase.
